Amazing!!! My tummy tuck was done on 4/2025. I love, love, my results. Dr. O'Brien is a wonderful,caring and amazing surgeon. I am a surgical tech. So I have worked with a handful of plastic surgeons and Dr. O'Brien is tops in the field. The staff is amazing from Sarah at the front desk and Anna,RN. Everyone is amazing and kind. I apologize for not mentioning everyone by name. You all are rockstars!

10/10 Recommend. I had such a wonderful surgical experience with Dr. O'Bien and his staff. I was referred to his practice by two of my own friends who also went to him for breast augmentations. After seeing their results, my interest was piqued. I was interested in getting subfascially placed implants, because of their natural appearance. Not all surgeons offer it. But Dr. O'Brien is versed in the technique and has 30+ years of experience performing breast augmentations across the board. He took into account my desired outcome and matched it to reality; he also considers the operating room nurses' input--which was very comforting to me, because he's not just pushing forward with a cookie cutter augmentation; the nurses are there to advocate for the patient. I did not want a big, round breast. I had very little breast to begin with, so I just wanted breasts that fit my frame. And although, he informed me that many of his patients have expressed their desire to have gone bigger in the past, he did not push that on me. While on the operating table, he and his staff use sizers to visualize the result before deciding which implant to use. I was told that they visualized up to 350cc, but decided against them and went down to 300cc because they understood my desired outcome. They also had available to them a wide range of implant sizes specifically ordered for my operation, just to cater to my desired outcome. That being said. I am so fully pleased with the size that they chose. I went with Motiva Ergonomix implants. They are a newer implant available on the market. They move and feel like real breast tissue. I also experienced ZERO pain in my recovery. My incisions were beautifully approximated; I do not expect my scars to be visible. Dr. O'Brien is meticulous and has his technique down-pat. He offer resources and education to reduce scarring. Miss Michelle, who took care of scheduling and payment, is an absolute joy. She got me in promptly when an opening became available. She is so personable and made the whole administrative process hassle free. She took into account my timeline, little personal details, and was very responsive. Miss Ana is the nurse on staff that saw me through the entire process--from beginning to end, from initial consultation to operating day to follow-up appointments. I felt so safe with her. She is such a great liaison between patient and surgeon. Any of my concerns that I had along the way, she validated and mitigated. Each of my many emails, she responded. Knowledgable and relatable, I don't think this would have been possible without her. And then of course Dr. O'Brien. He's really good at what he does. He comes with a vast experience, and still treats each patient individually. His work is clean and he gave me a beautiful result.

Such a great experience from the initial consultation to your post op visit. Dr. O'Brien is amazing and so talented. I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. O'Brien takes his time and answers all of your questions. The Staff is amazing and friendly. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I must say, Ana, Michelle, Sarah and Dana are a pleasure to be around and so helpful. I reached out several times with questions and received a prompt response. In addition, I recently had a facial with Dana and will definitely make this a regular occurrence.

I highly recommend Dr. O’Brien. From the first consultation I felt very welcomed and comfortable. His entire staff is kind and thorough. Dr. O’Brien nurse Ana is also great asset to the team and made every visit great. I am a month post op for my breast augmentation and obsessed with my results.
