Riverchase Dermatology - St Petersburg

I had my initial appointment with Riverchase Dermatology. They were very professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the office. The Doctor was very nice and informative and explained what it was and asked if I had any questions. I return in two months for a follow up.

I had a positive experience visiting Dr. Lombardi at the 49th Street North Office. The process of making an appointment, checking in/out and collecting copay was easy and accurate. I was processed effficiently, proceeded to the exam room and was evaluated within 5 minutes! Dr. Lombardi is competent, pleasant and efficient. Great experience.

The team at Riverchase was awesome. Greeted with smiles by everyone and they made you feel comfortable. Dr. Lombardi was very thorough and informative! Highly recommend this place for your dermatologist needs.

They got me in right away looked at the growth on my forearm. Told me it is type of shin cancer they've seen before. They said it's not life threatening. They took a biopsy and said it would take 7-10days for the results. It would require surgery to cut it out and stitch it up. I had surgery today and they cut off the cancer checked it out said I was clean and stitched me up. Back in 2 weeks for the stitches out. They did a great job 👏

Until this office gets its act together regarding scheduling, I wouldn’t waste my time. It’s possible that the doctor may be a good doctor, but until his office staff, and call center get their act together, I would go somewhere else. I lost 2 days of wages because of their screw up ($3000 in lost wages). Pathetic
