Overall, the doctor is very kind and spent a lot of time in thorough her examination. The doctor explained everything well in terms I could understand, shared her knowledge and gave the options of care that are available. The doctor gave me a confidence that I am in excellent hands with a competent staff that assists her. Here you'll find the Best of the Best. Dr Shawchuck is a very caring Surgeon, she kept me comfortable and happy through the entire operation and follow up. Not much pain but kept ahead of it with meds so not much discomfort through it all. Her staff were so thoughtful and caring also. I loved them all. A big hug to them all. Even the Staff in the Hospital were awesome. Very caring and friendly. The Best of the Best.💖

I was referred to Dr Shaw-chuck By my gynecologist who is Dr. Taylor? I was quite concerned to be sent to a breast surgeon as cancer runs in my family, and having my mammogram being a diagnostic mammogram and having a sonogram as well the request was that I see a specialist and just say I was scared, was to say the least, but the staff and the doctor were both very kind empathetic and tried to say that there could be other things that are wrong than just cancer that sounds wrong because Cancer is scary but dr Shaw Cheuk tried to reassure me that there could be other things that were making me lactate and my breast hurt. I’m off to get an MRI with contrast but the way the staff and Dr were treating me was outstanding. They realize that I have been through so many medical issues with 3 brain surgeries along with my appendix being attached to my ovaries, my fallopian tubes in my colon I had my first surgery at 18 months old, but somehow they reassured me that I am strong and will make it through this too. I just have to say the staff is incredible and the doctor is so compassionate. Highly recommend this facility along with Dr Shaw Cheuk if you ever need of a specialist facing the same fears, I have they are simply wonderful people!

DR Shawchuck and staff are outstanding. Time in waiting room is not long. Office staff are very friendly. Dr. Shawchuck, is very caring and thorough. They treat you like family. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.
