I've had cosmetic procedures performed by several plastic surgeons over the years, from California to the Midwest, so I don't impress easily. That's exactly why I felt compelled to write this review. Dr. Cabbabe is hands down the best plastic surgeon I've ever been to. His surgical skill and artistry are exceptional. He has an incredible eye for detail and a talent for creating results that enhance your features while still looking natural. It's clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for every patient. But what truly sets him apart is who he is as a person. He is genuinely kind, down-to-earth, and incredibly easy to talk to. From my first consultation, I felt comfortable with him. He listened carefully, answered every question thoroughly, honestly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. What I appreciate most is that he's just a normal, relatable person. He has a great sense of humor, doesn't take himself too seriously, and somehow manages to make what could be a nerve-wracking experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable. That's a rare quality in any physician, especially in plastic surgery. I've met a lot of surgeons over the years, and while many are technically skilled, very few combine elite surgical talent with the level of bedside manner that Dr. Cabbabe has. He is confident without being arrogant, honest without being dismissive, and genuinely invested in helping his patients achieve their goals. It takes a lot to impress me, and Dr. Cabbabe absolutely did. If you're looking for a plastic surgeon who is exceptionally talented, trustworthy, and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, I can't recommend him highly enough.

My experiences have been amazing with staff and Dr. Cabbabe. He really takes his time with you and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve had two surgery’s with him and have been more than happy both times. Excellent all around.
