Dr. Yonick is very incompetent. He performed a botched job on me and left everything uneven. It looks like my surgery was done in the basement of a blind man. The office manager Sharon is rude and unprofessional. This place has no business doing cosmetic surgery. They're not competent enough to groom a dog! Do yourself a favor and don't come near this horrendous place!

Insurance requested more info for my wife’s breast reduction. Office says it’s their policy to not help with appeals. Insurance acknowledged the medical necessity of a breast reduction, but was requesting additional information that the office staff refuses to give. They were rude to my wife when asking for help, and basically told her “it is what it is” when she said that the claim would get denied if we appeal on our own. This office staff is atrocious, and I sincerely wonder how they manage to keep such incompetent people employed there. The surgeon himself was fantastic with helping my wife, and very professional, with good results to back up his profession. I doubt he even knows his office staff is running the office that poorly. The nurse even told my wife they “fight” for these claims, but the office refuses to help with an appeal. I’m appalled by the shear ignorance and unprofessional conduct of the office staff. If given a choice between here and another plastic surgery office, I sincerely suggest that you search elsewhere. I hope the surgeon there goes to a different practice, because he doesn’t deserve having awful office staff tarnishing his good name.

They explicitly refuse to see you if another plastic surgeon that you've seen doesn't respond to your attempts to reach them. Their office manager Sharon will simply tell you to try to reach the other surgeon again and again.

Sharon is running that place to the ground. Poor communication, runs you around in circles, and overall unhelpful.
