My insurance company wouldn't help. Other plastic surgeons were too expensive and I couldn't afford it.Both of my implants were silicone that leaked and were ruptured and leaking in my body.The surgery took four hours and he took great care of me.I am so happy with my results. I may be 55 years old, but my boobs look like I'm 20!!! He is the BEST!!!

Dr. P is awesome. He is very informative calm and polite. He will let you know exactly what you need, answer any question you may have. Overall made me very comfortable. I am ecstatic with my results WOW! Another thing he uses ultrasound so he know exactly where he is stuffing the fat. (If you know you know) This is top tier and most doctors do not use ultrasound!! Ladies don’t walk to DR. Porshinsky RUN literally!!! He is the best. My coworkers and my man is loving my results.
