5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! Dr. Cilento is absolute gem! My deep plane face/neck lift, low blepharoplasty, forehead reduction are flawless. I couldn't be a happier with the results. He and his staff really care and treated me as if I was their most important patient. It has now been just under 2 weeks and my friends say I look amazing, so natural, and 15 years younger. His attention to detail is so precise, honest, and the best Doctor you could get for doing anything to the face which that is what he specializes in. I highly recommend Dr. Cilento

This practice has been terrific with my first phone call and my surgical consult. The receptionist, Kelly, was very generous with her time on the phone as I asked her tons of questions before I decided to make an appt. Dr. Baylan was incredible! He takes the time to get to know you, he’s funny, and very knowledgeable. I immediately felt at ease with him and his staff. He carefully listened to me and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. He was sensitive and very informative about my upcoming procedures. He encourages you to take your time to make a decision and not to rush into anything. I walked away very impressed and I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Cilento is by far the best Facial Plastic surgeon I know. My daughter's rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbinoplasty look beautiful without swelling or bruising! She is breathing well and nomore snoring!
