We had the most incredible experience hosting our 7 year old daughter’s birthday party at Sweet & Sassy. From start to finish, everything was organized, fun, and completely stress-free. Brooklyn, the manager, is truly outstanding. She is incredibly detail oriented, clearly cares so much about the kids and the experience, and made sure every little thing ran smoothly. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does. The staff were amazing; so kind, patient, and helpful. What I loved most is that they let parents be as involved as they want… or not involved at all. You can jump in and be part of the fun, or sit back and relax knowing your child is in great hands. Either way, it felt effortless. While they have a set party structure, they go out of their way to tweak and personalize everything based on what you or your child want. It really felt like it was all about the girl's individual expression, creativity, and making each girl feel special- and we absolutely loved that. The girls had the best time with the hair, makeup, glam, and performances, and my daughter left feeling celebrated, confident, and so happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better party experience and would highly recommend Sweet & Sassy to anyone looking for something truly special.

Amaya took the time to listen to what we wanted and delivered exactly the look we were hoping for. She was gentle, friendly, and kept my daughter engaged throughout the appointment. The haircut turned out beautiful, and the bangs were trimmed perfectly. It’s not always easy finding someone who works so well with children, but Amaya has a wonderful way of making kids feel at ease. We left with a happy little girl and a great haircut. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented stylist who is great with kids!

First time here, and it was such an amazing experience! Zoe is absolutely the best and my daughter was so comfortable with her! She took her time and made sure that my daughter loved her new haircut. I love the communication and everybody was so friendly here today! We will definitely be back to keep up with her trims. This place is fun and now I have a new place for a manicure and pedicure that my daughter loves.

I brought a special birthday girl in for a spa day and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. The goal was for her to feel like a princess for a day and that’s exactly how she felt! The customer service was wonderful and Reese was the perfect fit. She was the sweetest and it made Lilly’s day. I can’t thank you enough for creating an unforgettable experience for her!

The establishment threw a K Pop party and initially, I thought what an amazing event due to its popularity but it turned out to be everything but great. Considering that this is a “spa/hair salon” I expected that they would be aware of how to handle different textures of hair. During this event, each girl received a purple braid to resemble the star character Rumi from K Pop. My child has thick beautiful curls and whenever the woman in charged “completed” attaching the braid, it looked as if my child didn’t even have a braid. It was incredibly rushed and other accessories were neglected while other children enjoyed a perfectly attached braid, hair glitter and hair scents. My child was left questioning why she did not receive the same treatment. Instead of rushing through the process to assure ALL the girls looked alike, my child was left on the back burner. To say the least, I was highly disappointed. Instead of trying to fix her hair and correct the wrong doings of the hairstyle, the event proceeded. I took an additional 5mins to fix my child’s hair to mimic the exact look of the Rumi hairstyle. I stayed with my child the entire time and I would have appreciated if someone would have asked me to assist with my child’s hair. This establishment is such a great place for little girls but after today, we won’t be returning. I hope in the future the workers familiarize themselves with different textures of hair and cultures.
