I had an amazing experience getting chin lipo at Surface 360 with Dr. Lutter, Rachael, Brianna, and the entire staff! From the very beginning, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Dr. Lutter was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Rachael, Brianna, Ellie were absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and supportive every step of the way. They made the whole experience feel less intimidating and were always there to help and reassure me. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best experience and results possible. I’m so happy with my decision to come here and would highly recommend Surface 360 to anyone considering chin lipo or cosmetic procedures. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Surface 360 and Dr. Lutter. I have had two procedures there, and both times, Dr. Lutter was incredibly attentive. He gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions. His staff is also fantastic. Rachel, his nurse, is very caring, and the front desk team, Ellie and Rhianna, are attentive and supportive. They are kind, attentive, and keep me updated with appointments. Their online portal also makes communication easy. This is the best cosmetic place I have ever been to. The only downside is that it is about an hour away from me, but it is absolutely worth the drive. I am so pleased with the care, the staff, and the entire experience.

I got arm lipo back in December. We are officially one month post op!! The healing process has not been easy for this procedure but the results definitely make it all worth it. It’s really a trust the process kind of thing. The team here is so warm and welcoming, everyone from front desk, to the medical team made the process so seamless. They all answered any questions I had (I ask a lot) thoroughly and honestly. They are also super easy to get ahold of if you need anything between appointments. If I were to get another procedure done I’d def come back here :) I’m super excited to see how the results pan out as I’m still a little swollen. Cant wait!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came into for a chin liposuction and had the best experience all around. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Dr. Lutter did a great job on my chin and gave me back the confidence I needed without it looking overdone or weird. The aftercare was a comfortable and near painless experience.
