I always look forward to coming to Compassion Dermatology for my skin care needs. Dr. DeBuys is so knowledgeable and cares deeply for her patients. Everything she prescribes, be it medications, creams, etc., always help to achieve desired results if used as prescribed. All of the staff are friendly in general. In particular, Bree and Gianna are always so caring and willing to answer questions regarding Dr. DeBuys' input. Thanks for two great visits y'all, especially since I got the time mixed up on my last one, I appreciate how caring you were and your willingness to still squeeze me in!

She has performed surgery on me as well helped to maintain a better lifestyle. My job requires me to be outside in the elements 12 months a year and she has taught me how to take better care of my skin externally as well as internally.

I have been using Compassion Dermatology for 10 years. Along with my family. Doctors are great. With that being said their front desk and customer service is not. I had a routine schedule booked a month out. I received a text notification of my appointment the day before and a check in link. When I arrived they told me they messed up the appointment and scheduled it for 10 minutes instead of 20. They could not fit me in she said. Front Desk replied with they left me a message a week ago but never heard from me. I never received a message. When asked why I still received a text notification they replied they don't cancel the appointment until they hear from me. Maybe if you don't hear back you should try and call again to confirm if ten more days have gone by. Mistakes happen but her rude tone and customer service from their mistake and 10 minute difference in scheduling to long term customers. She asked if my phone number was correct and it was and said then I should have gotten a message. Insinuating I received it and being rude is not the way to handle situations your office messed up on. I will be taking my business and family that goes there to another dermatologist. Customer service and a friendly front desk go a long way.
