I had surgery here on 10/2/2025 and had a great experience. Leading up to the procedure I was contacted by multiple people to make sure I stayed informed. The day of the surgery every person I had contact with displayed kindness, attentiveness, kept me as comfortable as possible, and respectful. I couldn't have asked for better care.

The staff was remarkable except the Anesthesiologist, Dr. Youn. Dude had a keep way of making this the worst pre-op experience. Wheeled in under tears with zero confidence in his care because of his aggressive and rude check-in. I should have asked to talked to the CRNA. Gladly I won't need to go back. Bedside manner is no bueno.

Paid at time of surgery in full with out insurance and then received a bill stating I owed over $3,000. I have been paying on this monthly which I really do not think I should owe more than the agreed upon amount. I recently received notice of going to collections. I have tried calling multiple times with zero response so I had to put the remaining balance on my credit card. Horrible way to do business and you should probably look at getting a new account manager if multiple phone calls go unreturned.

Love the clinical staff. But when I called to discuss my bill Chastidity asked for my name and date of birth then put me on hold for 9 minutes. She said it was to bring up my account. How long should that take? Then she still could not find it. I gave her my account number off the bill. She still couldn't find it. I finally asked for a supervisor because she sounded like she was totally giving up on the call? She said it could take up to 72 hours to get a call back. Wow.

Read every one-star review RIGHT NOW. You will see that this place is going to steal your money and keep it. They owe me over $900 after overcharging me at the time of my procedure. They have been dodging me for over a month. They're going to do this to you. They will not answer when you call. They will not return your calls. You are screwed. If you absolutely have to get your procedure done by these low-life, shameless liars, pay with a credit card. Then check your explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company the second you get it. Watch for it and open it. It will tell you how much you actually owed, so you'll know how much the surgery center overcharged you. Based on the other reviews here, expect it to be $800+. IMMEDIATELY dispute the amount overcharged with your credit card company. Report the overcharged amount. Start calling the surgery center/Baylor Scott & White AFTER you dispute the charges with the credit card. If you try to deal with it yourself first, the surgery center is going to drag you along until it's too late for your credit card company to deal with it. Best of luck to you with your surgery! Just don't let these swindlers rob you. P.S. -- BSW, if you're reading this, you haven't heard the last!
