Dr. Ali Abtahi made my very first surgical experience an amazing one from start to finish. He was so knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly took the time to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His work speaks for itself — he is incredibly gifted at what he does. I had a breast reduction, lift, and auxiliary liposuction, and not only do I physically feel so much better, but my confidence has completely changed. This surgery was life-changing for me. And Jackie… OMG I absolutely loved Jackie! She was my medical assistant and honestly one of my favorite parts of every visit. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and truly cares about patients. I always looked forward to seeing her. The front office staff were also so kind and welcoming. The entire office was such a vibe — warm, professional, and positive every single time. I’m beyond grateful for my experience and highly recommend Dr. Abtahi and his team!

I’m from Nebraska, had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr Perry Johnson from UNO, he performed a breast augmentation on me that left me botched, my areolas were completely scared all around. I was scared but made the 10 hour drive for a consultation that his team was able to get me in right away, THE STAFF is amazing from the moment you step in the doors, Dr Abtahi was beyond honest and invested 2 hours to answer my questions, review my case and options. I had my surgery 4/26/2026, I was able to see my new breasts 4/28/2026 i literally cried nonstop, I finally was able to see perfect breasts that I had dreamed of. Dr. Abtahi THANK YOU for making me have my confidence back again, for putting a smile back in my face, this summer I’m ready to wear a bikini again. I’m beyond happy to recommend such amazing doctor and the staff will make you feel extremely comfortable. The doctor and staff here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I had a procedure in August of 2025 and it’s healed very well with the help of this office.
