Oh my goodness, they were absolutely amazing! The level of sweetness and kindness they showed was beyond words. Even when I was feeling anxious and nervous, they made sure I felt comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. Not only that, but their recommendations were absolutely fantastic and they worked closely with me to ensure the best outcome. The entire environment and staff deserve a perfect 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them highly enough. And let me tell you, their work is truly phenomenal!

I had the cellulite treatment done at Jade MediSpa at The Wall Center around March 2024, and I regret it! After the procedure, I developed a large knot on my left thigh that was not there before. It has changed the shape of my leg to the point where it looks uneven and, honestly, deformed. Over a year later, the knot is still there and has not improved. This has been extremely frustrating and has affected my confidence. I went in expecting smoother skin, but instead I’m left dealing with a result that looks worse than before. I even went to another doctor thinking it might be something like a lipoma that could be fixed, but after being evaluated, I was told it may not be something that can be corrected. Hearing that was devastating. At no point did I expect to be left with a permanent issue like this from a cosmetic procedure. I strongly recommend doing thorough research, asking detailed questions about risks and long-term outcomes, and getting multiple opinions before moving forward with said procedure. I also wish there had been more transparency about how this treatment performs across different skin types and body types. This experience has been very disappointing, and I would not choose to do this procedure again.
