Swedish Plastics and Aesthetics Surgery - Seattle

One of the best doctors I have ever had!! She is kind, VERY knowledgeable and does amazing work! I had breast reconstructive surgery after my bi-lateral mastectomy due to breast cancer and Dr. Miranda was so compassionate and listened to my concerns and questions. I knew going into my surgery that I was in good hands and that she was going to use her expertise and judgement during my reconstruction. The results were amazing!!! So happy with the way everything turned out

I’m am so impressed with Dr. Miranda and I highly recommend her as a surgeon and as a caring person who is genuinely concerned about her patients. I had a full body lift in September and already excited about wearing a bikini in January on my next Mexico trip with my new sculpted body. Her staff is amazing and she has a team that work closely together and as a nurse practitioner, I had certain expectations of quality care that were exceeded and I am grateful for her expertise.

I just want to leave a very detailed and heartfelt review in regards to Dr. Miranda and her team at Swedish Plastics and Anesthetic. I’m not sure why this practice only has 3.1 stars (jaw dropping to say the least) I have nothing but positive things to say about this office as well as the doctors and staff members I was treated with the upmost respect. I felt like I was a family member. they take pride in their work and making sure that all their patients are treated properly and the level of support they provide is the best. I would definitely be adding on to this review as soon as I’m discharged. If you are thinking of having any work done, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Dr. Miranda and her team as Swedish Plastics and Anesthetic the best in Seattle Washington.

I had a great experience with Dr.Miranda and the SPA team, way less scaring than I could have imagined. My healing went so well and the team os amazing with insurance. They were also all so nice and empathetic every step of them way, can't recommend enough, I love the outcome!

I'm writing this review because of how my wife was treated when she called to schedule a consultation for a breast reduction surgery on March 31, 2026. A receptionist (who didn't even bother to ask for her name or introduce herself for that matter) asked only for her height and weight, then told her she couldn't be seen because her BMI was too high. When my wife asked for clarification, she was told to "just lose weight." This is not acceptable. My wife was already nervous making this call. To have a receptionist make her feel dismissed and humiliated, without involving a doctor or even treating her like a person, is a serious failure in patient care. If there are clinical requirements for consultations, they should be communicated with empathy and by the right person. I sincerely hope this office reflects on how its staff represents the practice and more importantly, how they treat people who are reaching out for medical help.
