My experience with Dr said and his team was absolutely amazing. From the consultation, the surgery and after care I felt Cared for ! I needed to have my breast implants removed and felt pretty nervous about who to go to and what was involved. I waited 2 years to come across the right doctor and I found Him !! If you’re considering explant surgery and need a sign, this is it !

I have been extremely pleased with my pre and post operative experience at Said Plastic Surgery. Everyone on the staff from patient care coordinator to nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Said were friendly, professional and informative about my procedure to replace aging breast implants. I was seen by Dr. Said the day after my surgery and again one week later to ensure all was going well. My last appointment was at 3months, and at that time he encouraged me to return after one year. Their care has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Said Plastic Surgery.

I am one week post-op from a 25 year old implants/breast revision with Dr. Said, and I feel amazing. For years, I lived with a constant "pulling" and "scratching" sensation, and pain just touching my breast. Dr. Said found the culprit—a hardened, calcified shell tucked away by a previous surgeon decades ago. Removing that has provided instant relief, and the aesthetic result with my Motiva Ergo implants is stunningly natural. The entire team, from Jenn (Anesthesiology) to the nursing and front office staff, treated me with such care. Dr. Said is a rare find: a surgeon with elite technical skill and a genuinely caring bedside manner.

I recently returned to Dr. Said for a breast augmentation revision with a lift, capsulectomy, and replace my implants to Motiva, and once again, I could not be more impressed. This was my second time my family has pursued Dr. Said’s care, and I chose to come back because of the exceptional experience I had with him previously. My daughter had a breast reduction performed by Dr. Said, and we both feel incredibly grateful to have had him as our surgeon. Dr. Said is by far one of the best physicians I’ve ever encountered. His attention to detail, calm and clear communication, and thorough approach to both pre- and post-operative care are unmatched. He took the time to explain every step of the process, addressed all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire journey. His team is equally amazing—professional, responsive, and kind, which only adds to the sense of confidence and comfort you feel in his care. I cannot recommend Dr. Said highly enough. If you’re considering any kind of cosmetic or reconstructive breast surgery, you will not be disappointed. He is a true expert with a heart for his patients, and the results speak for themselves.

I would give 0 stars if I could!! I chose this surgeon because of the reputation and claims of being one of the best surgeons in Seattle. Unfortunately, my experience could not have been further from what I expected. 2 years ago I had my breast implants removed and underwent fat transfer to my breasts, with the fat harvested from my abdomen. Looking back, this has become one of the biggest regrets of my life. Before surgery, my abdomen was smooth, even, and something I was happy with. After the fat harvesting, I was left with a very noticeable indentation or “dip” above my belly button that was never there before. The area around my belly button is now uneven, lumpy, and irregular. Instead of a smooth contour, I am left with visible deformities that have significantly affected my confidence. The breast fat transfer outcome has been equally disappointing. I developed large, painful lumps in my breasts after surgery. When I brought up my concerns, I felt dismissed and was told that the lumps were normal and that I should massage them. As a patient, that response was extremely frustrating. These were not minor imperfections—they were painful lumps that caused ongoing discomfort and anxiety. Had someone told me beforehand that I could end up with large painful lumps in my breasts and a dented, uneven, lumpy abdomen, I never would have agreed to this procedure. While every surgery carries risks, I do not feel that I was adequately prepared for the reality of what I would experience. What was especially disappointing was the change in attitude after the surgery. Before the procedure, I felt like a valued patient. Afterward, once the surgery was done and payment had been made, I felt that my concerns were minimized rather than addressed. The difference in how I was treated before and after surgery was striking. I spent approximately $20,000 on this surgery, and now I am searching for another surgeon to remove the painful breast lumps and determine whether my abdomen can be repaired. Instead of feeling better about my body after surgery, I am left dealing with physical issues, emotional distress, and the prospect of paying even more money for corrective procedures. So much for going to “one of the best surgeons in Seattle.” Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
