I had a Tummy Tuck in 2015 and still holding up quite well, in fact, I am 12 lbs lighter since 2015. Also had a Breast Reduction in 2019. A recent mammogram technician commented on the great surgery on my girls! That's something. I enjoyed Dr. Sowder as we have similar personalities!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lisa Lynn Sowder and her staff!! I had a terrific experience from consultation to surgery to follow-up appointments. I was treated with kindness and compassion and chose her office fairly quickly and confidently. My results are incredible and the care and precision to obtain the results I received can be rare but Dr. Sowder did an excellent job and I'm so happy with the entire experience! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sowder every time!

My experience with Dr. Sowder and her staff was absolutely wonderful. From first inquiry to follow ups I have received only top notch treatment. I really appreciate her forthrightness, which is backed up by decades of experience and education. I inquired about a second time breast reduction; she personally responded to my very first email inquiry, explaining the difficulty and possibilities. Evidently it's a very tricky procedure. When we spoke over the phone I knew she was the one. I could not be happier with the results. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sowder. After months of research I knew I made the right decision by choosing her for my procedures. She's got a great sense of humor and her office runs smoothly. I completely trust her and would recommend her to anyone, especially for explants and lifts.
