I’ve had such a great experience with Lauren Jackson Gross and can’t recommend her enough. She approaches treatments in a very thoughtful, customized way- she actually maps out different areas of the face and adjusts her technique accordingly, which I haven’t seen elsewhere. It makes a huge difference in both the experience and the results. I’ve done Sofwave, BBL, and Moxie with her, and the results have been subtle, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. She’s also incredibly professional and honest, and I’ve always felt like her focus is on getting the best outcome rather than just doing a treatment. That level of care really stands out. On top of all that, she’s just genuinely fun to be around and very kind, which makes the whole experience even better. Truly a skin wizard!

I've been coming to the Larrabee Center for years for my HydraFacials, IPL, and cosmetic injectables, and I always leave happy. I recently began seeing changes in my skin texture, elasticity, and brightness (Early signs of aging). It's when you begin to see changes that others don't in your appearance. Lauren Gross was phenomenal. She listened, she understood my concerns and she has light energy that makes you comfortable working with her. I scheduled a BBL MOXI lasor treatment for my face/neck. Lauren set clear aftercare instructions and expectations. She even set me up with a take home bag of ice packs, moisturizer, serum and cooling treatment mist. On day 4 I had not followed up with any questions and Lauren reached out to check on me. This act of kindness and professionalism is the way to a life long client. My skin is healing, plump, soft, tight, smoother and brighter already. This is a treatment that I will recommend others see Lauren for and add to my beauty routine. I had a mini face lift with Dr. Larrabee just before COVID hit. It went well and I’m still happy with results. Besides being a high skilled facial/oro-maxillary surgeon Dr. Larrabee also has spent much of his life offering pro bono cosmetic surgeries to children with hare lips and other facial deformities. He has won many awards based both on his talent and his compassion. More recently I saw Dr. Kurian for a bit of facial crease filler. She is delightful — listens well, skilled injector, made me feel her top goal is the best outcome for me. She took time to help me feel relaxed. Answered all questions patiently.

I did BBL and Moxie with the nurse, Faye. She was very nice and has a lot patience . Explained the details to me. My skin is very sensitive so she used the lower setting which was very thoughtful. As my face recovers, I’m pretty happy with the result.
