Dr Kao and staff at the NW Outpatient center are top notch. He was my third opinion for a rare condition, and the first to make me feel confident in his experience with a wide range of surgical procedures. He gave me a complete description of my rare condition in easy to understand terms and explained all of the common and possible outcomes of the surgery he was to perform.
