I had a double breast augmentation with fat transfers as a part of gender affirming top surgery through Dr. Gougoutas and I gotta say, I had a great time working with him. Everyone was so nice to me the entire experience, especially when I was waking up from surgery. Dr. G was very knowledgeable about trans issues, how to navigate insurance, and even how my EDS could affect my surgery, to which he offered potential options for me to choose. I felt that Dr. G's methodology for choosing my size was very helpful and quite literally hands on, and it gave me the ability to choose a size i feel is absolutely perfect for me. The front end staff were lovely, especially Adonis and Morgan (which also happens to be my middle name) who both were so nice to work with! I also want to say how nice it was to see a whole host of fellow trans people getting a wide variety of affirming care every single time I went into the office, It is a small thing but it made me feel confident in Dr. G's ability to preform gender affirming care. If you need some titties on or off, Dr. Gougoutas is a great choice!
