Needless to say, having facelift surgery was a BIG decision. I spent a great deal of time researching doctors and interviewed four separate surgeons before moving forward with my procedure. I carefully explored every aspect of the process — the procedure itself, recovery, and aftercare — because it had to feel right. From the beautiful office space to the moment I first shook Dr. Ron’s hand, everything felt right. The front desk staff, nurses, surgical team, and med spa personnel were all delightful, and my experience truly could not have been better. Dr. Caniglia’s artistry is remarkable, and I would give the entire surgical team and staff a 10+ review. I have become the poster child for plastic surgery in my community! I now have a line of friends waiting to see my results and hear about my experience. I will highly recommend Caniglia Surgery Center to any of my friends seeking plastic surgery.

I had the most incredible experience at the Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery Center and with Dr. Alex Caniglia. Upon first arriving, I was blown away at how beautifully the space was designed. It is a gorgeous office. From there, the experience only gets better; the front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Where care, professionalism and art meet. After three surgeries over the last few decades—all performed by dr. Ronald Caniglia (rhinoplasty, lower face and neck lift, and upper blepharoplasty) one could say I found the secret to prolong and refresh my appearance, and feel not only confident in the process but blessed and incredibly lucky to have found dr. Ronald Caniglia. My rhinoplasty dates back in 2005 and to this day, I consider it a piece of art, and that is all because of dr. Caniglia’s skills, and vision, restoring my confidence but also gifting me a forever youthful look. I love the fact that he is fully committed to any and all facial cosmetic surgeries, honing his craft for decades and knowing with exact precision what needs to be cut, remodeled, reformed or restored. He will also tell you what you shouldn’t do, and so I do love the conservative approach. His bedside manners are outstanding, friendly and putting any and all nerves at rest, because he will explain to you what will happen, what to expect and what he can do, without selling you unrealistic expectations. When I went last year to discuss my face/neck lift, I found out that his son Alex Caniglia is following in his steps and that was a relief, knowing that once dr. Caniglia will decide to retire (not any time soon, I hope), Dr. Alex will continue his legacy. That is another amazing accomplishment I appreciate and applaud wholeheartedly, because listen, cutting into someone’s’ face takes a lot of guts, a lot of training, time and effort, things Dr. Ronald Caniglia has for sure invested over all the decades serving beauty at its best. Also worth mentioning is his modern and contemporary center, the staff and the med spa. There is little to NO wait time, the staff kind and always, always so welcoming! I met with Dr. Alex Caniglia today and it was a great experience! Once entering this beautiful clinic, I was greeted by the office staff who were kind and professional. Dr. Alex Caniglia listened to my concerns and gave his professional opinion regarding what he could do for me. With a mirror in my hand, he pointed to the areas I was concerned about and the products he would use to give me the outcome I was hoping for. The results were immediate and I was thrilled!!
