I definitely will say top tier service. Got a labiaplasty and it’s so nice. I was so relaxed I literally fell ASLEEP during the procedure. I had a whole self-care basket with chocolate and goodies. I literally look like a Barbie down there I love it.💕💕💗💗💕💕 And they had the cutest little bags in my self care bags it had beauty products and chocolate it was so pink and pretty.

Dr. C Pettigrew did a labiaplasty for me and it was absolutely perfect. Almost a year down since then and there were no complications, I was so nervous everybody was there to accommodate me, and looking back I was nervous for no reason! There was somebody beside me the whole time to check my blood pressure every few minutes and chat me up during surgery. They let me play TLC it was 10/10 super comfortable experience.

Dr. Pettigrew is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! She has a demeanor that is well-meaning and genuine. She gives thorough advice, guidelines, and instructions that are safe and of proper judgment. The office is clean, and the front desk staff are incredibly nice, as well! The nurse is also very informative and sweet. Sometimes there may be no such thing as "quick fixes" for certain things. However, things done "right" are way better anyway! Dr. Pettigrew is the real deal. I trust her knowledge. She and the other staff are also very polite, sweet, and professional. I am very grateful to have found this office! Thank you so much (to all of the team)!

The good and the bad, thankfully, there's no ugly. I will start by saying that Dr Pettigrew is knowledgeable, makes you comfortable and answers all of your questions. Having said that, her staff can use some fine tuning on their administrative skills. I made an appointment and the first time, the office was closed. No call, no notice, a waste of a trip. Let me tell, you Dr Pettigrew made things right. We kept in touch, she followed through with email, call, the works, I was happy to reschedule. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I wasn't in the schedule. Nevertheless, I was seen. I am very pleased with the treatment, bedside manner and overall the work performed. I scheduled a follow up and I was being booked in the wrong month. Bottom line, I am not discouraged, I am coming back and I happy with the overall service of the practice, I just have to make sure things get sorted in the calendars.

In 2010 Carmela was my OB. I was 26 and this was my first pregnancy. Carmela was very dismissive of my concerns. I expressed my concerns and she reluctantly put me on bed rest. My son was stillborn days afterwards. Terrible bedside manner and even worse care. Didnt even come to the hospital while I was in recovery. She was recommended by a close friend( caucasian). Im black...totally different outcome for me. Hopefully she isnt managing pregnancies anymore.. at least for black women
