Dr. McLeod is terrific. A few years ago he did a wonderful job on a skin graft for my mom. Last week he did nerve decompression surgery for my husband's migraines. The results in both cases were fantastic. He is kind and extremely skilled. His staff is friendly and helpful and his offices are lovely. If you need a plastic surgeon for medical or cosmetic concerns, you will not be disappointed. He is the go to guy!!

Dr. McLeod performed a large breast reduction surgery on me, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I have been trying to have this surgery for over three years, and I am beyond grateful that I finally found Dr. McLeod. From the very beginning, he had incredible bedside manner—I truly felt that he genuinely cared, and he consistently showed that through his actions and attention to detail. I was approved through my insurance company in just three weeks, which was absolutely amazing, especially after having a previous bad experience with another plastic surgeon where I was denied. Dr. McLeod is truly a godsend, and I am extremely happy with my results. Nikki, the receptionist, was wonderful and kept me informed throughout the entire process, along with the rest of the team who were supportive, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. McLeod and his team to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Dr Mcleod is a very caring, intelligent and thoughtful physician who is very progressive with the way he thinks about his patients and the treatments that will benefit them. It's difficult to find a highly skilled surgeon with great outcomes that also has a down to earth bedside manner. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Truly an outstanding staff and surgeon, this practice is a gem.

I selected Dr. McLeod to perform my breast reduction after consulting with him and one other Savannah surgeon. This decision was not made lightly, having worked as an RN I was well aware that all surgeries contain risks, but it had become a quality of life issue for me. At the initial meeting I found Dr. McLeod to be calm, candid and an excellent listener. Based upon my symptoms, previous conservative care and examination findings he and his staff were able to get me preauthorized by my insurance in 2 weeks, which impressed me. Three months later (November 2025), I had an outpatient breast reduction. At 10 weeks post-op I am 100% pleased with the result and am so glad I pushed past my concerns to make this happen. It's life changing. Dr. McLeod is not only a very competent surgeon, but has an excellent bedside manner--a rare combination in my experience.

I recently visited Seaport Plastic Surgery for the first time. My daughter was very nervous about having an in-office procedure but her nervousness quickly diminished when we walked in the door. The office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. McLeod took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail to both my daughter and myself. The procedure went perfectly. We were in and out of there in no time. Dr. McLeod’s professionalism is unmatched. We will definitely be back if the need arises in the future.
