I recently had a surgical procedure with Dr Davies and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. The office staff was consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Davies took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. I felt well-informed and confident going into the process. Most importantly, the procedure itself was a complete success. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of skilled and compassionate medical care.

My weight loss journey culminated with two plastic surgery procedures to remove excess skin performed by Dr. Barbara Davies. While they were several years apart both went wonderfully. The most recent was in Feb. 2025. Dr. Davies is a highly skilled conservative surgeon who made me feel safe and in great hands. My results speak for themselves and I have my body and arms back looking great. Thank you to Dr. Davies and her staff for the skilled and compassionate care that I received.

Dr. Davies and her nurse, Chelsea are both lovely! Dr. Davies listened to my desires for my post-mastectomy reconstruction and has provided me with compassionate care and a close watch throughout my healing process. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Davies and her staff and unbelievable! She is the absolute best cosmetic surgeon I have ever come across. She is meticulous and takes her time making sure everything is done perfectly. She never disappoints. Outside of her amazing skills with cosmetic surgery, she has the best bedside manner and is genuinely a wonderful person. Chelsea works with her and is amazing as well and makes post op visits very rewarding. Holly her anesthesiologist…you could not ask for a better person to be by your side the entire time. And Carrie her nurse takes such great care of her patients and goes over and above. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Barbara Davies. You will never go anywhere else after meeting her and her team.

I am a 54 year old female. 5 foot 1 inches weight 140 and was 1/3 breast implant… I have been suffering from shoulder pain and capsular contracture for years. The pain became so excruciating that I could no longer function properly in everyday life as well as my professional life as a medic. I had been waiting on another plastic surgeon to call for a month after being referred to by my doctor. I called Dr Davies office and explained my delima, the receptionist shared my story with the nurse and immediately called me back at 1030am and said we can see you at 1215pm. Needless to say I was on my way and we started the process! Dr Davies examined me and we explored my options, after realizing I had a lot going on after a bad initial implant surgery and suffering from trauma to the chest from a DV incident from my ex husband, we decided to drain my implants. That’s right! That day! I was nervous at first but Dr Davies and her nurse Chelsea explained the procedure as well as the next steps of surgery to lift and reduce or lift, reduce and add a smaller implant later. They shared pictures of former patients and explained what to expect during the next few weeks. Immediately after draining implants I felt a relief as well as the return of some self confidence….I was a 36 GG WITH A 29 inch waist. (Yes, even after initial surgery years ago where I received a reduction, lift and implants and NO that was not the size the original surgeon and I discussed.) upon completion of draining implants it was literally like a weight was lifted off of my chest and it was commented I looked like I’d lost 10 lbs! SCORE! A 36C-D! The ugly folds and ripples from the implant were gone and I no longer looked like a line backer! I wish I’d known this was an option years ago when I revisited initial surgeon with concerns and he replied “well, they look better than they did”…NO. NO, they did not! The staff at Savannah plastic surgery are both caring and professional. You can just feel the compassion in the office. They don’t make you feel as if your questions are irrelevant and unnecessary they make you feel like you matter and you’re family! I have a follow up appointment in two weeks to set up surgery and to discuss which route to take after implants are removed. Also upon leaving my visits I expressed my need for skin care. The staff and skin care specialist made it happen right then and there! I’m telling you and I cannot stress this enough as someone who has lived with the embarrassment of the appearance of implants and comments being made about how huge they were…GO SEE DR DAVIES! She is knowledgeable, kind and has a comforting aura about her. I promise you will leave there happy and feeling more confident about yourself. Less than 24 hours later my shoulder pain has deminished! Still there some but I have dense heavy breast naturally but I feel that after the lift and reduction and after my muscles and nerves decide to calm down after years of working overtime to carry the heavy load I will be happier and much more confident!
