Elizabeth Brennan, PA-C is awesome! I brought my daughter in for an appointment with Lizzie and she was so sweet and nice. She made her feel comfortable. She is very talented!

The place is nice and the people were generally friendly. Here’s a quick recounting of my experience: First visit: I had never been to a dermatologist before so I had a small list of things I wanted to address. One of the issues was a mole I needed removed on my neck. The doctor removed it beautifully and asked if I needed anything else removed without mentioning that I could have had four more things removed without paying any more. I had some other things that could have been removed, but without knowing their policy, I declined and lost the opportunity. Afterwards, I started asking about other issues that I would like improved and after the second “we can’t really do anything about that.” I decided to revert to something I thought would be easier with just improving the pores on my face. The doctor prescribed an expensive cream and told me to use it as directed and come back in six months. Between visits: I was away for about month and a half so only got to use the cream as directed for about four months. The only real change, besides the burning, was that it was making my lower eyelids peel, even though I didn’t put the cream on, or even that close to them. Second visit: I told the doctor that it didn’t seem to be doing anything except burning and making my eyelids peel. She told me that my wrinkles looked better. That was never an issue mentioned, they looked the same to me, and really just felt kind of hurtful. Her solution was to not change anything, keep using the cream, and come back in a year. I decided not go back because continuing to do something that already wasn’t working for a year doesn’t seem like a real solution to me, and they seemed unable to help me with any other issues. When I think about it, in the end, I paid roughly $500 only to have a mole removed.

I have been going here for the past 12 years and will be finding a new practice after today. I was billed by a lab for something that I was unaware was even being sent to the lab, as my provider told me the spots were ‘nothing’. After calling twice, I finally received a call back from Brent. He is truly the most unprofessional, rude representative I have ever spoken to. He has probably ran off very good providers as well as patients. Do better Low country dermatology!

I received a referral to go to this Dermatology office and when I called to make an appointment they told me they didn't have a referral so I called my doctor's office and had him send it over again a week later they call me back and tell me they're not accepting referrals or new patients and so I had to wait a week for them to tell me that but they could have just told me last week and then I could have called somewhere else and had a doctor refer me somewhere else but instead they made me wait a week about a referral and then the referral was no good anyway I spoke to Kayla Witkowski 09/15/2025 very rude she makes me feel sorry for the patience that actually do go there.
