Direct, highly competent and very skilled. Exactly what I was looking for! Plus, Dr. Gaughf listened carefully to what I had to say and was both respectful and kind. A pretty great combination.

My review is about the customer service. I called today, Monday (3/23), to schedule a Day of Beauty appointment, and the secretary was very rude to me. It feels like there is a lack of concern for customer service. She should be properly trained on how to communicate with and treat customers. This level of customer service is unacceptable. She informed me that the Day of Beauty is in April and questioned why I was calling. I hope management reviews these complaints and takes appropriate action, as this behavior is both disrespectful and disappointing.

I would not recommend this physician for dermatology. My 17 year old son saw Dr. Gaughf over a month ago, was given a prescription, and apparently did not complete their electronic entry on the back end. We have been calling for weeks to get the office staff to follow-up so my son can get his medicine. The staff doesn't return calls or follow up with pharmacy requests. And we paid cash to see this provider 😡

I had a disappointing experience at this dermatology clinic. I visited three times for a skin condition, but the prescribed topical treatments did not help and actually made my condition worse. I did not receive a clear diagnosis or treatment plan. I also missed one appointment and was charged a $50 no-show fee. Despite contacting the clinic and requesting a waiver since it was my first missed appointment, I was told I still had to pay. Based on my overall experience with both care and billing communication, I would recommend seeking a second opinion.
