Dr. Campen was able to explain things so well and had great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

I had a cosmetic procedures done here and was quoted $25. I paid my co-pay along with the cosmetic fee at the time of service. Later, I received a bill for $125+ because the procedures were submitted to my insurance, even though cosmetic procedures should not have been billed to insurance. When I tried to resolve this, I was repeatedly transferred, sent to voicemail, or given phone numbers that were disconnected. The lack of clear communication and transparency around pricing was frustrating and concerning. I wish the billing practices were more straightforward and easier to address when questions arise.

I got two cosmetic procedures done here and was quoted $25 for each. I have been here before and usually I pay when I leave but this time the woman had said something was taking a while and I would get a bill in the mail instead. For some reason they went through my insurance (which they should not have for cosmetic procedures) and the bill I got was for $167 dollars. When I started calling them to try to settle this dispute I was tossed around to several different places to leave voicemails or to disconnected phone lines. I think there might be something a little scammy going on here and I wish they were transparent with their pricing.

I am beyond livid and am now getting a new dermatologist! I drove an hour and half to see Dr Campen. When I got there the horribly rude guy at the front told me my referral expired. How about call me before my appointment and tell me and I could have had that all settled before I got there.
