The best decision I made throughout my breast implant and lift surgery was choosing Dr. Emily Jiles to execute it. I am 49 and one of my 20 year old implants were leaking, noticeably, and flattened into my armpit. Dr. Jiles replaced them with the Mentor MemoryGel implants, sutured any openings and finished with a mesh bra to prevent bottoming out again. Stunning is an understatement.
