I loved my facial with Kylee! Not only was the facial itself relaxing and rejuvenating, but the knowledge she shared about how to better care for improve my skin was invaluable. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The personalized, one-on-one experience she provides is something you rarely find these days. The entire staff is so friendly and they love what they do!!

My experience was outstanding. Kylee listened carefully and responded to my questions. She shared important information regarding products/procedures that would provide the best possible outcomes, then flawlessly delivered Dysport injections. At the front desk, Kathleen greeted me warmly and enthusiastically, and provided additional information as I left. I must also mention that Rita is a treasure. She also listened with keen interest to my objectives in a previous visit, and provided clarity on procedures. This team delivers on all fronts: expertise, experience, customer service. Kayleen is the most wonderful woman. She worked in a hospital ER for many years, a constantly fierce environment that saves many lives, before transferring to Rita Medical Elite where she has taken care of hundreds for 15 years. She is warm, attentive, friendly, and remembers everything you tell her. I'll be returning tomorrow, I've never experienced a better nurse!

Kylie was so kind and compassionate. Made my first experience 10/10. Will definitely be back to see her again! The staff are all so kind as well, and make it comfortable. Clinic is clean, and relaxing.
