Laser Eye Center - Santa Clarita

Came in for a consultation. No hassle, no waiting for long periods, no overbooked office, staff were attentive. Everything felt like a medical office rather than a business. Definitely not a factory; they are completely understanding if you are not ready or still considering. Very thorough examination and clear surgery logistics personally explained for just a free consultation. Pleased that they offer contoura, the most advanced custom eye laser, for applicable candidates and the next best otherwise if your eyes do not qualify after a machine scan day of surgery. Decided I wasn’t ready yet, but will definitely come when I am.

I had my lasik eye surgery yesterday and I wanted to say how professional they were and how easy they made this process! I was seeing better right off the operating table and am already almost at perfect vision! They answered all of my questions and I have had the best experience even though I was nervous going in! I had my consultation in Santa Clarita and it was a super easy transition to the surgery center. 10/10 would recommend!!! ** 6 month update** 20/20 vision remains since about a week after my surgery, and no more dryness! Thank you so much Laser Eye Center!!! 10/10 still!!!

I went here for my eye surgery last year. The staff was very knowledgeable And the procedure was flawless. The doctor suggested that I only do one eye so that I can keep my vision for Reading. I did not know this was an option. I chose to follow her suggestion. I love having perfect vision for far and close.

Not too sure about this place. The receptionists are not very professional or polite and that concerns me. If the staff are comfortable behaving this way, then I have a concern about the establishment as a whole. I left my consultation, going somewhere else

On their door it said they they are open Wednesday for specific hours. When we went they weren’t open & so we called. The lady on the phone kept trying to gaslight me that we were at the ‘wrong location’ to pick up the records we requested from that specific location while I was standing at their door. Manipulative rude scammers are the only people who work here. They also make you go to Valencia, Encino, and LA in order to complete the surgical procedure. It was a pain and they don’t even validate the $20 parking in LA when you’re giving them $10k.
