What truly sets this practice apart is that the doctor herself does the injections — and it shows. Dr. Pontius is exceptionally thorough and takes the time to really study your face before doing anything. Her work is precise, thoughtful, and never rushed. She uses ice and numbing cream as needed, which makes the entire experience surprisingly easy and comfortable. The office is calm and welcoming, located upstairs with beautiful natural light, and parking is easy in the Lower Coast Village area — a real plus. I especially appreciate that Dr. Pontius asks you to come back a few weeks after your first visit to see how everything has settled. That follow-up speaks volumes about her care and her desire to truly understand your individual needs over time, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The front desk and assistant, Emma, are also wonderful — professional, warm, and organized — making the experience seamless from start to finish. The printed post-care sheet is excellent and incredibly helpful to reference afterward. I wish every practice offered this. Professional yet warm, meticulous without feeling clinical — a practice that clearly prioritizes both patient care and exceptional results.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Duncan Turner and the entire staff at Turner Medical Arts! The level of personalized attention, care, and plenty of time and space to answer all of my questions and concerns has been exemplary. Karen and Lisa are warm, friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Turner is a consummate professional. He listens attentively, communicates with clarity, and has a no-nonsense, straightforward, authentic style that both my husband and I find refreshing, trustworthy, and solid. He even has a great sense of humor. He performed my recent surgery and has been addressing complicated hormone issues -- I feel I'm in the best of hands. Never arrogant, but carries a confidence and experience that I can rest in. Highly recommend Dr. Turner and his staff. The investment for this level of care is worth every penny.

Love the new office with lots of light. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Tracy has helped me to many times to count. Dr Turner is truly caring and knowledgeable. He has gone the extra mile to provide great care. Gives me extra peace of mind as he uses ultrasound equipment as needed during assessments. Highly recommend!
