Had a mammogram by Ms. Lisa whose efficiency and presumable were exceptional. I also enjoyed their photo collection on the walls inside the building.

All of my doctors are at Sansum. I drive from orcutt which is 70 mi to my doctors there. I have an excellent set of doctors and they are excellent at this clinic and the entire system. Top notch

I have been unable to get time sensitive medications refilled through my primary care doctor here. People taking the calls were very unhelpful and not understanding. I usually have pleasant visits here, I am hoping this was just bad luck!

I recently wanted to see my neurologist who prescribed my CPAP machine, Hsien Young, MD. Dr. Young had left Samsum to start his own business. But he still takes my HMO (Health Net Blue & Gold) insurance. So I asked my primary doctor to refer me to Dr. Young, which he did (my primary doctor, Dr. Juretic, is awesome). But Sutter Health denied the referral saying that Dr. Young wasn't part of Sutter health and they had their own doctors. Dr. Young appealed this but was denied again. I finally ask for a new referral to a new doctor which Dr. Juretic did. I called them up last Friday and took the earliest appointment, Monday, November 24, 2025 (almost 3 months out). I know Dr. Young could see me next month. But because Sutter won't allow me to use Dr. Young, even though he takes my health insurance, I have to wait more than double that time and I have to go to a new doctor, instead of sticking with the one I know and trust. That is why I write this 2 star review.
