Dr. Lance DeRoss and his staff have been among the kindest and most professional medical teams I have encountered across a very long stretch of physician appointments, testing, and procedures. Dr. DeRoss handled my implant removal following a rupture, and throughout the entire process I felt listened to, informed, and genuinely cared for. No question ever went unanswered, and his staff were incredibly accommodating in helping navigate my desire to have the implants removed as quickly as possible. The level of communication, compassion, and professionalism from everyone in the office made an already stressful situation much easier to manage. I have complete confidence that when I am ready to move forward with the next steps of care, Dr. DeRoss and his team will provide the same high quality care I have received throughout this past year.

I needed a rhinoplasty after my dog broke my nose. I also had a deviated septum. My ENT told me that I needed a plastic surgeon to fix my nose since it was not a small work. I visited a few plastic surgeons in LA area. Comparing the previous works of these surgeons with Dr DeRoss’s surgeries, I decided to have my operation with Dr DeRoss. My operation went smoothly and recovery was as briefed. The result is what I wanted. I wanted my nose to still be mine, fixing the deviated septum as well as the apparent issues I had discussed with Dr DeRoss. Dr DeRoss did an amazing job with my nose. It looks very natural and is still my nose but the imperfections are corrected. Best of all is I can breathe again through my nose. Dr DeRoss and his team take their time with their patients to address their concerns. I am very pleased with Dr DeRoss and will be going back for future issues if needed.

Dr. DeRoss is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s kind, patient and has such a great bed side manner;) I had a complication come up after surgery, and he was easy to get a hold of and we met up with him right away. He took the best care of me and made sure I was on the right road to recovery. I can’t believe how beautifully I have healed and how happy I am with my results.
