It was such a pleasure to work with Illuminate from booking to services. My RN injector was Rachel; I appreciated how she asked what my goals were and continued to ask follow-up questions for more clarity. I came in with TMJ pain, and she was able to help me relieve some of the symptoms. As it was my first time, we discussed being conservative with treatment to gauge progress. I look forward to booking with her again in hopes of finding more TMJ relief.

Rachel was absolutely amazing for Botox! She explained everything so clearly and addressed my concerns beforehand. Flawless job. And staff were incredibly nice! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a client at Illuminate Skin for about 2 years now. I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Rachel Pavone dozens of times now. She’s done a variety of facial filler for me as well as my Botox and laser skin treatments. What I love about Rachel is how careful and intentional she is with her clients. She doesn’t fix a problem by recklessly putting endless amounts of filler in my face, she instead assesses me and creates a plan to give me the most natural yet effective results. I know that when I see her she’s going to come up with a game plan that not only fixes the problem temporarily but will give the most long lasting success. She’s suggested skin lasers such as BBL & Moxi lasering to fix concerns that I’ve had, and the results have been immaculate. I’ve never had one single complaint about something Rachel has done for me, and like I mentioned I’ve seen her on many different occasions for a variety of different treatments. She truly is one of the most consistent aesthetic nurses out there and works with integrity. Additionally the entire team, including reception, has always been the most kind and attentive. Kelly Setoguchi is also spectacular and has helped assess me for different treatments as well and I feel the utmost trust with her judgement too. I’m so happy to be a client of Illuminate and I look forward to continuing treatments with them!
