Since I started coming here, i have had excellent care. I came initially due to another place ruining my skin with one of their devices. I came here after numerous strong recommendations and started working with the team to restore my skin. It’s been one of the best decisions and I’m regularly complimented on the quality of my skin. I appreciate the nurses and the staff (shoutout to Laura) for the no pressure, no nonsense, nonjudgmental service that they have provided to me. Would recommend this place without hesitation!

After moving to SF five months ago, I was nervous about finding a new aesthetic nurse after having such a great long-term provider in my previous city. But Nurse Alyssa at SFPS immediately earned my trust during our consultation. The impressive work she's done for other patients coupled with her thoughtful approach put me right at ease. Since then, I've gone to Nurse Alyssa for facial balancing (Botox and fillers), and she keeps everything very natural, really honing in on what suits your face instead of doing the same thing for everyone. She's meticulous, explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and you can tell she truly cares about you looking and feeling your best. She's so kind and such a pleasure to see at every appointment, and the ladies at the front desk are awesome too. Always super welcoming. Can't recommend Nurse Alyssa and this office enough!

Had the best experience getting lip filler with Nurse Alexa. I was a little nervous going in, but they made it feel super easy and comfortable the whole time. Alexa really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. My lips look fuller but still really natural. Laura was so sweet and welcoming, which I appreciated more than I expected. The whole vibe was just very chill and reassuring. Honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I’m definitely coming back again!!

I was honestly really nervous coming here at first because, let’s be real, some aesthetic offices can feel intimidating but this place is the complete opposite. Nurse Alexa is amazing. I went in for laser treatment on some scars and she really took her time explaining everything and the different types of lasers, how they work on different scar types and skin tones, what would actually be best for me, etc. It didn’t feel rushed or salesy at all. She also offered me a consult for my café au lait birthmark even though she was super busy which I really appreciated. I also ended up getting Botox with her and she’s SO good. Her technique is super gentle tbh I barely felt anything, and she has such a calming bedside manner. She literally handed me a stress ball before starting which was the cutest thing, but I didn’t even need it because it didn’t hurt at all. Laura, the weight management coordinator, is just as incredible. She gives the most painless shots I’ve ever had (seriously) and always seems up to date on everything new in that space. She’s so sweet, super attentive, and just makes the whole experience easy. I feel like she genuinely cares and goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and happy. Also have to mention the front desk girls, they are all so kind and welcoming. No attitude, no weird vibes, just genuinely nice people, which made such a difference for me. Overall I’m really, really happy I found this place and feel like I’m in such good hands here. I trust them with anything at this point. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Alyssa and Dr. Usha Rajagopal for several treatments and procedures, and every experience has been wonderful. The girls in the office are always so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I tend to get incredibly anxious around needles and injections, but they always make me feel safe and at ease. Nurse Alyssa provides thorough consultations and makes me feel completely comfortable expressing my concerns, ensuring I always feel heard and cared for. Highly recommend this office !!
