I had underwent FFS surgery w/Dr Seth back in late March. I am officially 3 months post op and what an amazing and life changing experience it was. I will forever be so grateful for the astounding job that Dr Seth performed on me. His results are nothing short of extraordinary and I have never been more confident in my own skin, thanks to his gifted hands. The amount of compliments that I receive from not just my friends/family but from strangers as well, is just overwhelming and such a beautiful boost to my self confidence. Also the care that I received before, during, and after my surgery; from both doctor and GSP staff was beyond exceptional. I will forever be so grateful for this blessing that I received through Dr Seth.

Dr Seth is a genius!!! He fixed my nose which was broken in an accident and collapsed my septum on the inside and aesthetically was horribly crooked and deformed on the outside. I had already had 2 rhinoplasty’s prior to my accident and i was terrified no one would be able to fix me. He was so confident he could return me to my prior nose and not only did he deliver on his promise but he made my nose 10x better than it ever was even after the first two rhinoplasty’s. And that is NOT an easy task, based on what countless other doctors told me when i was searching for the perfect doctor. He also performed chin lipo, renuvion, and jaw contouring. He absolutely crushed it on every procedure and improved my appearance while making sure i still looked natural and like myself. He also accepts insurance which is HUGE. His staff and surgical team were exceptional. I’ve had a few cosmetic procedures prior and i can say 100% Dr Seth’s team is the best I’ve ever experienced. He truly care about doing right by his patient and his prices are very affordable compared to some other surgeons despite the fact he is UCSF fellowship trained and he is truly the best of the best. He is the crown jewel of cosmetic surgeons in San Francisco.

I do not generally write and leave reviews, but I am coming out of hibernation to celebrate Dr Seth and his team. Going in to correct my septum for easier breathing has been nothing short of a game-changer. Having recently turned 40 I thought that slightly obstructed breathing was just going to become part of my life forever. After the work with Dr Seth I am happy to report that I am sleeping better, have more energy, and am just completely pleased with the outcome. Dr Seth was absolutely clear, strategic and thoughtful throughout. He and his qualified staff took us through the process in extreme detail, explained the ordeal in plain language, and overall helped to set my mind at ease. He and his work are an absolute high recommend from my corner - could not be more of a fan (!)

They took the time to attentively listen to my concerns and desires, ensuring that my wishes were respected and honored every step of the way. I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care and support provided by Dr. Seth and Farah. Their dedication to patient satisfaction truly sets them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I seriously regret trusting Dr. Seth with my 'revision' rhinoplasty and my lower blepharoplasty surgeries. I am miserable and my overall mental and physical health have rapidly deteriorated as well. My surgeries were on 8/6/24, age 41. Photos: 1+2 - Current 3 - Day after surgery 4 - Before surgery This is my life, nearly 2 years later: Constant throbbing pain in my L eye that radiates into the back of my head. Eyelids droop, lacking tension. Debris constantly traps in my eyes and my vision blurs. My L eyelid doesn't stay closed. Floating nodes that feel like something constantly bulges against my eye and wedges between my eye and socket. Nerve damage in my L eye, like ants are crawling around or caught in my eyelashes. The L undereye continues to sink and suck the skin in with it, with only a small shriveled knot remaining from the fat pad, while my R undereye still has the fat in tact. When I blow my nose fluid blasts out of my inner L eye. My L nostril is almost completely blocked. Dr. Seth was recommended to me after spending 14 long years looking for and meeting with various surgeons to revise a surgery I had with an ENT that was supposed to improve my breathing, but then unexpectedly changed my nose externally too. I became interested in undereye surgery too, after years of stress, injuries, and the resulting sleep deprivation caused them to swell. Dr. Seth told me these surgeries were commonly performed together. I requested a 2nd pre-op to address all of my concerns after research. I thought I had FINALLY found the right person. His reputation, demeanor, and patience put me at ease. I elected to pay life altering money entirely out of pocket for these surgeries, because I really needed it to be done right. He said he would re-do the surgery if needed. However, he showed up to the surgery morning looking like he hadn't slept at all. After he briefly skimmed over the details, I asked to confirm with him what I wanted to accomplish, and he looked at my nose like he suddenly had no idea what I was talking about. I had to calm myself down and just pray for the best. It wasn't. I was cut so deep internally under my R eye, a 1cm rupture opened up clear through the fat, perfectly along the tear trough line. I carefully preserved the scab (see photo 3). Dr. Seth told me I must have scratched myself and asked to see. Without warning, he ripped the scab off and I yelped. No apology nor recognition of it. There's now a 3mm sunken scar. The aesthetic asymmetry of my nose was immediately obvious, and when the swelling started to come down to my eyes as well. The fat grafts taken from my stomach had all shifted, despite following all instructions. This is how every post-op appt would go: Act like he couldn't see what I was pointing out. As I would gently push back, he would then make an authoritative statement, say that my symptoms weren't a result of the surgery, or would even blame me for the results. He told me that my face wasn't even symmetrical to begin with. He went even further in saying "in fact, it is VERY asymmetrical," after pressing him on why he had shaved down one whole side of my nose, making it crooked and sunken in, something that we had never discussed. What we HAD discussed at both pre-ops and pre-surgery was using cartilage to build back up the area that was sunken in near the tip. I later realized he had shaved it all down to match it to the sunken area instead. He would then resort to his ultimate gotcha card: Results aren't guaranteed. At my 9-month post-op he told me that he would send me for a 2nd opinion if I was still having issues at my next appt, but it was a lie. The last appt 12/31/25 was horrible. He told me HE was offended that I suggested my surgery wasn't a success. Only after becoming angry did he mention re-doing my surgery, but apparently just to shut me up. He messed me up for life, then spent a year and a half gaslighting and using my vulnerabilities against me, and then had to get angry to finally offer to do what was already promised? I haven't heard from them since.
