Dr. Evans is the only person I trust with my face. She’s incredibly meticulous and thoughtful in her approach, and I’ve always felt that she holds a very high standard for care. She has caught things that other dermatologists have missed -- I have the utmost confidence that I’m in the right hands. The entire team at Pacific Skin Dermatology makes a real difference. The office is efficient and well run, but what stands out most is how human the experience feels. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and genuinely taken care of, which is not always the case in medical settings. Shantelle, in particular, went above and beyond! She took the time to make sure I felt supported, checked in on me, and helped me feel calm and reassured throughout the process. That level of care meant a lot. I’m truly grateful for this team and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Dr. Tracy Evans did my Mohs surgery on my lip last spring and I have to say she and her entire staff have been wonderful! She did a great job, everyone has been kind and attentive, and I feel confident I am in good hands. After a few months, for cosmetic purposes, she administered a small filler and we are beginning some laser treatments. The scars are barely noticeable and getting better with each treatment. I am very happy with this practice.

I actually liked my doctor (Dr Gonzalez), who helped me figure out what was going on with my skin and nails. The main reason I’m taking stars off is because they gave my information to a third party vendor selling skin products and that vendor will NOT STOP CALLING ME. So I’m removing stars for the fact that they share patient contact information with third parties without consent (it’s probably hidden deep within all the disclaimers that they make you sign, but you should still be able to opt in/out). Also, the reviews that say the place is run like a factory are very true—the front desk is very cold.
