Dr. Kaplan is hands down the best plastic surgeon in San Francisco. I actually found Dr. Bae on TikTok one year ago and have nothing but amazing experiences. He did my undereye filler and I’ve never gotten so many compliments in my life. The staff is so friendly and I even got a custom printed cappuccino my last visit 😂🙌 Highly recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This man worked with the person who stole my identity, performed surgery on them, and is now suing me. He sent someone to harass my parents for days, lied about serving me papers (I haven’t lived in the state for 6 years). And as far as I know, he is refusing to cooperate and give the evidence he has to the police working the case. He is currently ignoring me on email and social media. DO NOT GO TO HIM! Horrible morals, horrible person, and his office staff will lie to you and when you talk to them asking to speak to Kaplan.
He is also currently under investigation by the California Medical Board for this behavior.
