My experience with Dr Romano and his team was nothing short of superb. We had a great report from the initial consultation, operation, and post-op checkups. And the surgery itself produced precisely the results I had hoped for. As a guy with very skinny legs, I asked for a calf enlargement surgery. I thought I would get a silicone implant, but my legs would not support it. We ended up with a liposuction to use my fat to expand my calf area. Wow, that was the right decision. I lost my belly fat, got an excellent V shape (unexpected but very desired), and received the legs I had always wanted. Thanks, Dr. Romano.

It has been 4 months since my surgery with Dr. Romano and I couldn't be any happier. I am still in awe of the results, way beyond what I thought was possible. My experience with Dr. Romano and his wonderful staff wildly exceeded all expectations. I looked at surgeons for about a year until settling with Dr. Romano to do my breast augmentation surgery. From my initial consultant, he was very informative and realistic with what he was able to do and what would yield the best results. I ended up having to get a lift just on one breast in addition to implants so I was nervous about if they would look even or not. Since Dr. Romano’s ascetic is the natural look, he explained to me what he was going to do to ensure my breasts would look even and natural. I loved that I was able to try on sizing during my pre-surgery consultation appointments. His staff is also very sweet and attentive, answering all of my emails and questions in a timely manner. To prepare for the surgery, Dr. Romano provided so much pertinent information about diet, vitamins/meds to avoid because it thins your blood, etc which I have never heard of any other doctor doing. Because of that, not only did I feel amazing because I was eating clean but my swelling and healing went so well that I’m 6 weeks post op and it looks like I’ve had them done for years. I was indecisive about my size and Dr. Romano was attentive with listening that I didn’t want to go too big, but wanted to look proportionate. I’m so happy I put all of my trust in his judgement with my size because I am so incredibly pleased with my size and the overall results. The hospital staff were all great. Everything went seamlessly, I remember seeing Dr. Romano, we went into the operating room and he right by my side holding my hand since I was a bit nervous. The next thing I know, I woke up with new breasts and went home when I was ready. Post-op, the team called me the next day to see how I was doing. A few days after, I went into the office so he could check on me and make sure everything was healing well. Throughout the entire healing post-op process, Dr. Romano and his team were just as caring and attentive as before, answering my questions and giving my instructions on the best care. This is a very serious and life changing procedure (in the best way), and I am so happy I choose Dr. Romano. I have at least 3 of my friends who plan to go to him. I will highly recommend him to anyone and am so grateful for him and his team.

In 2000 I was 21 years old and decided to have a breast augmentation. A friend of mine had hers done by Dr Romano a few months before me and they looked amazing and very natural. I knew he was the Dr. I wanted to see and I was more than happy with the results. Not only did they look and feel very natural, but they fit my body perfectly.They definitely boosted my confidence and I remember feeling like a million bucks! The recovery was fairly easy and I was back on my feet in no time. In 2006 I decided to have a tummy tuck and lipo to fix my lower abdomen. My skin was stretched out filled with stretch marks and my mussels had been separated from my first pregnancy. Dr Romano gave me the results I was looking for, a flat stomach and the curves I was after with minimal scarring. Even after a 2nd pregnancy my stomach went back flat with easy workouts and minimal stretch marks. The recovery from that was a little rough and I would advise having help for at least 3 weeks. Even with a rough recovery I still think it was worth it and am pleased with my results. In 2023 I was in a car accident and my right implant ruptured.Dr.Romano reassured me it was not dangerous to my health and got me in for surgery for a revision augmentation. I couldn't be happier. I was in love with the first augmentation and I am so surprised on how similar they look. Looks very natural even after a week after surgery, and the recovery was very easy. Not only does Dr Romano do amazing work, he very caring, held my hand as I went under, and is great at explaining and questions or concerns you may have. His office staff is amazing and very helpful.
