Dr. Dino is not just the best facial surgeon in Northern, Cal....he is the best doctor period (dare I say better than any in Southern Cal?). I expected a doctor of his renown to be understandably short with patients, and to have an ego. Instead, he takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and to see that his patients are delighted with the results and understand the procedure. Calming. His work is so subtle and so beautiful that many of his patients prefer to remain anonymous and let God take credit for their graceful aging - so I will speak for them as well as for me: Dr. Dino is the most talented surgeon in Nor Cal, and worth it. He gets more and better results from less surgery if that makes sense.

I’m 9 days post-op from my rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Elyassnia’s expertise in closed preservation rhinoplasty is truly amazing, and I’m already loving the results, even though I’m still swollen. I am so happy I chose him as my surgeon! I got a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Elyassnia over 2 years ago. I have no pain or complaints. Since the first time I went. All the stuff was friendly, place was clean and modern designed. Dr. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He truly cares about his patients. The day of the surgery everyone was so attentive and making sure I was comfortable. I remember the anesthesiologist holding my hand and telling me everything will be okay. Few days after surgery I got some questions and Dr. personally answered me and reassuring me everything was normal and everything will be okay. After a week had my first post surgery appointment and everything was great. Now over two years later, I LOVE my nose and chin. I sometimes forget I had major surgery on them. And it looks so natural that seems I was born with it.
