I've been researching breast explantation for years. My 400cc implants were 25+ years old and I've hated them since having kids and breastfeeding. I just haven't been brave enough to move forward with it. Once I met Dr. Nguyen, I knew I found the right surgeon for my explantation. I was nervous about having surgery in my 50's, but her calm and decisive nature made me feel at ease. I expressed my concerns. Dr. Nguyen addressed each one of them and helped me make informed decisions regarding my care. We decided to do an explant procedure with a lift. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results! I never had pain. I took Tylenol for two days after surgery, but never needed anything stronger. I asked Dr. Nguyen where the stitches were because my skin looks so smooth! She told me they were all internal. She is meticulous with her work and it shows in her results. My breasts are small, but perky. Just as I hoped they would be. My only regret is that I did not have my breast implants removed sooner. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and your amazing staff!
