I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Pacella and his entire team for my rhinoplasty. From the very first consultation, Dr. Pacella made me feel heard, understood, and completely at ease. He took the time to carefully explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and set realistic expectations. I truly appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented he was throughout the entire process. On the day of surgery, his team was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel smooth and reassuring. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The results have exceeded my expectations. My nose looks natural and perfectly balanced with my facial features—exactly what I was hoping for. The recovery process was also easier than I anticipated, thanks to the clear post-op instructions and consistent follow-up from the office. Dr. Pacella was a big part of my breast cancer journey. He was my reconstruction surgeon. The other doctors on my team and nurses told me he was the best, and they were right! I had many questions which he always took the time to answer. Dr. Pacella was honest about what I should expect as my final outcome. Overall, I was pleased with how I looked and felt afterwards. I recently had to have a revision, and I am so happy that I was able to see Dr. Pacella again. His nurses are also very kind and understanding. They took great care of me and were always responsive to my messages.

I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in the Fall of 2025. I was referred to Dr. Pacella by the surgical oncologist who would be performing the mastectomy. Dr. Pacella was my surgeon for the two reconstructive surgeries I had, following the mastectomy. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him. From the very first consultation appointment he gave me such confidence that I was choosing the right plastic surgeon. Dr. Pacella took the time to explain every option clearly and he patiently answered all of my questions (and I had many!). His proven expertise and calming nature put me at ease during a very difficult time. Both surgeries went smoothly and the results exceeded my expectations! I feel like myself again, and I credit Dr. Pacella for this! Not only is Dr. Pacella's technical skill exceptional, but he also truly cared about me as a patient. Every follow up appointment over the 6 months I was in his care was handled with the same level of kindness and patience. And his nursing and clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring! They helped make a difficult experience so much easier. I felt supported by Dr. Pacella and his staff every step of the way, and that made all the difference in my healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Pacella to anyone considering plastic surgery of any kind! He is outstanding in every sense!

My mother's eyelids were so droopy that she could hardly see. We took her to Dr. Pacella and, wow what a difference! His work on her eyelids was superb. She looks fantastic and her vision has been restored. The entire process was easy and stress free beginning with the consultation, to scheduling, the pre op appointment, the outpatient surgery, and the post op appointments. Dr. Pacella is very personable and was very thorough while explaining the procedure to my mother during her consultation. His office staff and nurses are amazing. Thank you Dr. Pacella and team! Several months ago I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the lower lip. After the diagnosis and successful MOHS surgery, which removed a very large amount of tissue, reconstruction and my hopes of looking normal again all fell to my Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Pacella, and his team. My concern was not only the cosmetic result but also lip function. Now that this episode is behind me and the healing process is complete I want to say that Dr. Salvatore Pacella and his team were extraordinary. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and am impressed that someone can have so much skill and surgical 'artistic' ability under such demanding and time-sensitive circumstances. Dr. Pacella is confident, talented in his craft, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions and keep me informed of what to expect during and after the procedure. However, I know from experience that successful outcomes in situations like this are dependent on the whole team. Dr. Pacella's staff is amazing. Every time I visit the office my first encounter is with the reception staff who have always been friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. The clinical and nursing staff have these traits, too. They are all so competent and compassionate. During my surgery several were in the room and the teamwork was so seamless that they seemed to work together as one. I hope this first experience with skin cancer is my last, however, if I have more battles to fight that require plastic surgery, I hope that Dr. Pacella and his team are there for me. Every time I look in the mirror I know I made the right choice!
