I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this practice. From my very first consultation through my final follow-up, I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported every step of the way. My breast lift and augmentation results are absolutely amazing—natural, beautifully balanced, and beyond what I hoped for. The surgeon’s skill, attention to detail, and professionalism truly show in the outcome. Dr. Rossi isn’t lying when he says he’s an artist, and truly the best surgeon in San Diego. I feel more confident and comfortable in my body than I have in years. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and professional, but I want to especially recognize Nicole, the office manager. She is incredible—warm, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure questions were answered and everything ran smoothly. She made the entire process feel seamless and reassuring. This office truly treats you like family, not just a patient. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this surgeon and team to anyone considering a breast lift or augmentation. Exceptional results and an exceptional experience.

I’ve done so much research and i was intrigued bc Dr Rossi is a doctor’s doctor! i chose him bc my lip lift was not a simple one to do bc I had silicone botch job and I needed a highly skilled surgeon… the office was clean and his staff was very welcoming and friendly. At the consultation, I immediately felt I was in great hands, he was brilliant, kind and kinda type A perfectionist and I signed on asap. I was thrilled the day if my surgery and I was so grateful he can do this with just local anesthesia. I just relaxed into it with meditation and he did an amazing job. I dint take any pain killers or aspirin and it was breeze for me. It’s been 6 weeks and I’m so happy with my results and it keeps getting better everyday. my lips look natural, beautiful… makes me wanna smile all the time now:) I absolutely “highly” recommend dr Rossi…he’s definitely a true gem of a surgeon 10 out of 10!!!

As a medical clinical specialist myself, I spend a CONSIDERABLE amount of time with physicians. Dr. Rossi is honestly one of the most considerate and empathic physicians I have ever come across. These attributes, along with his surgical precision, artistic eye, and progressive nature made choosing him to do preform my breast lift, implant revision and liposuction one of the easiest decisions I have made in a long time. My only regret is that I did not find him and have my surgery done sooner. Should you choose to schedule a consult with Dr. Rossi, you will find him to be incredibly thorough about your wishes and expectations. One of the most outstanding (and unique) qualities is that he really looks at YOU and your whole body. He explained to me that he spends hours the evening prior to your surgery carefully studying your "before" photos and countless measurements taken to create and visualize your entire surgical procedure and outcome. That is not just a fantastic surgeon, but a true artist. I could go on and on, but I will summarize by saying that I am EXTRAORDINARILY thrilled with the results. I have not felt this comfortable and confident in my own skin since my early 20's. Oh - one more thing! I traveled from CO to have Dr. Rossi do my consult, pre-op, surgery, and post-ops. He is worth the distance!

He made me look worse and cancelled surgery the day before surgery. I was only in town for a specific timeframe and had booked Dr Rossi for a lip lift after being told by his office that they could most likely get me in for the surgery before I left town. They ended up not being able to get me in during that time frame so I made plans accordingly to travel back for it. I had approved both a lip lift and a tweak he suggested to my upper eyelid. I was then told they could no longer get me in for the eyelid tweak. Ok no problem I said. Anyone that's getting a lip lift knows you have to dissolve the lip prior to surgery and basically put your life on hold for 2 weeks while you look weird without a lip. I made it through the 2 weeks and then the day before surgery he cancels the surgery. Apparently I offended him when i said "i know most want a subtle change but i'm hoping he can do a bit more dramatic for me than the before afters on his site." He stated that the procedure is such a small procedure compared to his normal $150k patients and that he needed to cancel on me because the "vibes are off". I kept all the receipts in case he denies. (Pretty easy since our entire correspondence before he canceled was via text and only consisted of a few messages) He offered to refill my lip which looked horrendous because he overdid the Hyelex dissolver. The pics speak for themselves. The first picture was taken immediately before he dissolved me as you can see the numbing cream on there. The second pic was immediately after he refilled my lips. And he said "i'm doing you a favor". He literally made me look worse than when I walked into his office and wasted my time and money for no reason. Also: I found it interesting that his office didn't know that Hylenex temporarily destroys your own HA and in some cases can permanently diminish the quality of the tissue. I had a dent after too much was used on one side of my face that never replenished but instead of believing my experience or what experienced surgeons like Dr Ben Talei have even said about this, he chose to gaslight me and tell me i'm wrong. I'd like to see him inject the same amount of Hylenex that he used on me into his own face and prove his theory.
