I wanted to take a moment to express how pleased I am with my experience at Faces Plus: Dr. Steven Cohan. I have know DR. Cohan for over 30 years as well as his staff. From the moment you arrive you fell welcomed, comfortable, and just know you will be well cared for. I have been having my Non-Surgical Procedures for quite a while now with Michele Fischer, RN and she is very experienced as well as a registered nurse. Michele does a fantastic job and I have been very happy! The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure thoroughly. I recently received clinical injections from Michele and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The outcome looks natural and refreshed, exactly what I was hoping for. ★★★★★ Having facial surgery is a big decision, and I did a tremendous amount of research before choosing Dr. Steven Cohen. What also made this experience unique for me is that years ago I actually worked with Dr. Cohen’s practice as a professional makeup artist. In that role, I saw many patients pre- and post-procedure, including during the healing stages with stitches and early recovery. Seeing those results up close gave me a real understanding of the quality of his work long before I ever considered surgery myself. Because of that experience, I already knew the level of precision and care that goes into what he does. Dr. Cohen has a very thoughtful and artistic approach to the face. His focus isn’t simply tightening skin, but restoring structure and vitality through advanced regenerative techniques like fat grafting( Not just regulator fat grafting look into it!) to create results that look natural and refreshed. Another thing that really stands out about this practice is the team. Many of the staff members have been there 20–30 years, which says a lot. That kind of longevity speaks volumes about the culture, professionalism, and level of care they provide. Everyone I encountered was warm, experienced, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. I’m still early in my recovery, but the experience has been exceptional. If you’re considering facial rejuvenation and want a surgeon who combines artistry, innovation, and deep experience, Dr. Cohen and the Faces+ team are truly outstanding.

Such a great experience! Everyone in the office was so kind and professional, and Dr. Cohen made me feel completely comfortable from the start. During the consultation, Dr. Cohen listened carefully to what I wanted, explained realistic expectations, and used visuals and examples to help me understand the process. A second consultation was scheduled to answer additional questions with the same feeling as my first visit. Dr. Cohen's decades of experience, impressive expertise, and calm, reassuring bedside manner gave me complete confidence in my decision to move forward with surgery. While other plastic surgeons may be less expensive, you truly get what you pay for. Dr. Cohen's expertise and quality of care made him the clear choice for my procedure.

I spent over $20,000 dollars and it was COMPLETE waste of money. I had a full facial fat transfer and PDO threads in April 2025 and waited a year to give my honest review. I am writing this to warn others before they spend a significant amount of money at Face Plus with Dr. Stephen Cohen. I was referred to Dr Cohen by Dr Kevin Sadati after I thought I did my thorough research I chose Dr Cohen, The initial consultations went well and I thought we had come to an understanding of everything that I wanted. He suggested PTO threads and a full facial fat transfer which I had agreed to and then we did the procedure. The swelling was very difficult and took a long time to subside. This is why I waited a year to give my honest review because it was not worth not even $2000. He would constantly be late to our follow up appointments and we rescheduled at least twice. I understand that he’s very busy but I also paid over $20,000 and I would imagine that I’d get some more attention post op. When we consulted, he had suggested another round of that transfer and the PDO threads again, but at that point, I would still have to pay for the anesthesia and the PDO threads, it was not worth it. I am writing this not in a bitter matter just to warn others before they spend their money on this. Again, this is my personal experience and if I can help out at least in person, I will say my truth.
