I had an amazing experience with Dr. Alavi! I went in for double chin lipo and buccal fat removal, and I’m genuinely so happy with my results. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The results look natural and really enhanced my features without looking overdone. His staff was also super kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Long story short—I had gone to both my primary care doctor and a specialist about the extreme pain I was experiencing in my breast, but they didn’t feel it was serious enough to take action. Dr. Alavi is a true artist. He really cares about every detail. I was so hesitant about getting a breast augmentation, and after going to many surgeons for consultation, I knew that he was the guy to go to! From day 1 the care has been excellent, the entire staff. I am 4 weeks PO and already feel normal. My incisions were so precise and I will have no scarring!!! Also, I did not lose any sensation in my nipples or breasts, and this was VERY important to me! Surgery day was a breeze, I woke up from a great nap barely in pain. No nausea either. A bit of discomfort till day 3 maybe day 4. A week in I was ready to get back to normal life but I still took it easy keeping in mind all the the instructions. Dr. Alavi recommended me the perfect size for my goals, and I am happy I listened to him! He is the best at what he does, I am so happy I found him! My breasts look phenomenal already, cant wait to see how they fluff! When he says he's a perfectionist he really means it. He corrected a horrible mistake made by another surgeon and I am SO thankful for that!!!! Thank you Dr. Alavi and team, I couldn't have asked for better!

He deformed me! I had to go back twice for a liposuction he performed and I still look horrible! I wish I would have never stepped foot in his office. I would do anything to have my old body back. O went to get a little shape so I felt comfortable in a bikini, now I struggle to even get in a bathing suit $7000 later! Stay away!
