A few years ago, I started the process of interviewing Doctors for a face lift. I live on the east coast and interviewed 6 Drs in my area and NY. Then I looked at two in Dallas and Dr Karam in DelMar. In total, I interviewed 10 doctors. When I met Dr Karam and his team, I was very comfortable and confident that I would fly across the country to have my procedure with him. The communication before the surgery is excellent. They facilitated the nurse that I ended up using who was fabulous. The after surgery care was amazing. The process was flawless. I admit, I was nervous about finally making the decision to have a facelift; however, I did the research and I went with the Karam team …. I’m thrilled with my results! The results are better than I expected. I have recommended the Karam team to friends who have had the same positive experience.

I had a great experience getting injected by Tonia. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the visit even better. The service was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Tonia!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr Karam and his entire team. From my first phone call they made me feel comfortable, informed and confident about my decision. His attention to detail and clear communication set him apart. My procedure went smoothly, and the recovery was easier than I expected thanks to my amazing nurse Diana. I have nothing but positive Things to say about Dr.Karam and staff. I found them all to be very helpful and supportive. Any questions any anything at all …. No question was too small. Antonio in particular I found very helpful supportive and I just wanted to think him in particular he helped me through some of my fears and just super helpful and I want to thank EVERYONE again; I’m not an easy patient) I was very pleased with my results very natural I look well rested. I don’t look like I’ve had it worked and I just look well rested definitely definitely would recommend him if you’re thinking about getting some work done Dr. Karam is the Dr highly recommend!

I underwent a combination of a facelift, fat grafting, a lip lift, and upper/lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Karam in September 2023. Unfortunately, I am deeply unhappy with the results and the total lack of accountability regarding my concerns. My cheeks are noticeably uneven; one side remains significantly larger than the other. Now that over two years have passed since my procedure, I have developed deep irregularities (uneven and lumpy texture) across my cheeks and under my eyes. Instead of a smooth transition, the texture is uneven and looks unnatural. The lip lift left a very prominent and obvious scar underneath my nose. It is not the hidden or discreet result I was led to believe. Despite the facelift, I have an excessive amount of wrinkles around my neck, chin, and mouth area. As time goes on, the hollows and unevenness are becoming more pronounced rather than settling. The cost of these procedures was incredibly high. I feel that the premium prices patients pay are for his massive marketing and social media production, not for superior surgical skill. For the amount of money spent, one expects precision and personalized care, neither of which I received. When I met with Dr. Karam via Zoom four months post-op to express my dissatisfaction, he was dismissive. He refused to guarantee any revision work to correct these clear issues. It is now clear that this is a mass production practice where the focus is on bringing in new clients through polished social media photos rather than ensuring the long-term quality of the work. I deeply regret my decision. I am now forced to seek out another surgeon to perform an expensive revision to fix the damage. Please do your research beyond social media before choosing this clinic.
