Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Olmos Park

I had an appointment on June 3rd 2026 with dr. Rothluff and medical assistant Neha, and I loved every minute of it. They were great, patient, no rushing, no pressure, no dismissing. I felt very confident and comfortable sharing all my issues, didn’t feel I have to justify anything, they offered solutions, we discussed pros and cons of each situation, and we agreed on a protocol that considers all my preferences. I left feeling heard and seen, and very happy with the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them to whoever is looking to have a better skin and overall derm experience 💗💗💗

She was incredibly thorough, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility is pristine and the staff is top-notch. Had an amazing experience at Westlake - Olmos Park today. I have a hard time finding doctors but ZocDoc has helped me find phenomenal doctors fast. Neha the medical assistant was so friendly and confident. I felt welcome and heard. Doctor Rottluff was very quick, but not rushed and was extremely knowledgeable. I have never felt so ready to tackle my dermatology needs than today. In the past I have felt like nothing would make a difference, but I left Westlake confident I will see results. The office is also super cute!!

Dr. Rottluff, Neha, and Misha have been an absolute delight to work with. My teenage daughter has psoriasis and to have such a hard skin condition in your teen years can be very challenging. However, these fine ladies have made my daughter’s medical experience an actual joy to deal with. Dr Rottluff is patient and kind, taking the time to understand my daughter’s personal situation. Neha immediately made us feel welcome and heard. Misha was lovely in passing, but was so kind that she was the cherry on the amazing experience cake. We moved to SA almost a year ago, and our search for quality medical care has ended. Don’t hesitate to find out for yourself.

I have had the best experience with Westlake. everyone there is very very professional and sweet!! Dr. Rottluff is amazing, kind, and easy to talk to. Her medical assistants, Misha and Naha and well as her PA-Caroline are beyond the sweetest girls you can talk to. they are very responsive and are quick to figuring out answers.
