Dr. Rottluff is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly attentive. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel completely comfortable and confident with your care. Her medical assistant, Neha is equally fantastic. She is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit run smoothly from start to finish. The front desk staff is great too- warm, capable, and always gets me in and out quickly. The office is beautiful and has reserved, free parking in the garage. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Westlake for 5+ years and keep coming back because the providers, staff, environment, booking process (online), and punctuality are all top notch. Dr. Rottluff and her MA Neha make a great team. They are extremely knowledgeable of treatment options, address all of my questions and needs, and are genuinely kind and pleasant during every visit. They also have me in and out in record time so I can get back to work. I have been a patient at Westlake Dermatology for quite some time, primarily at the other location but the experience has declined significantly since Dr. Katherine Edwards left. While the office is aesthetically pleasing, the atmosphere and professionalism are lacking. I recently saw PA Christian Boudreaux, and the interaction felt robotic and cold. He rushed through medication explanations so quickly that I didn’t feel comfortable stopping him to ask questions. The front desk staff also contributes to the unwelcoming environment.. not once was I greeted upon arrival or acknowledged when leaving. To top it off, I had to listen to two health professionals loudly venting about workplace drama through an open door while I waited for restroom. It is a beautiful office, but the 'stuck-up' attitude and rushed clinical care make for a poor experience. I’ll be switching back to their other San Antonio location in hopes of finding the professionalism that this specific office currently lacks.
