I cannot recommend Dr. Stallworth and his team highly enough. From the very first consultation through recovery, my entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Stallworth was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining both the medical and cosmetic aspects of my septoplasty and rhinoplasty. His staff was equally impressive — professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely caring every step of the way. Before surgery, my nose was severely crooked, which significantly impacted my nasal passages, airflow, and overall ability to breathe properly. I had spent years adapting to poor breathing without realizing how much it affected my daily life, sleep, athletic performance, and overall well-being. The surgery itself went smoother and quicker than I expected. But the most life-changing moment came during recovery when the stents were removed. For the first time in years, I could breathe clearly and fully through my nose almost instantly. It’s difficult to describe how dramatic the difference was until you experience it yourself. What truly speaks to the success of Dr. Stallworth’s work is what happened afterward. Within just a few weeks of healing, I was back to training for triathlons. In April 2026, I completed my first full Ironman race — something I genuinely do not believe would have been possible without this surgery and the improvement in my breathing and recovery capacity. For anyone considering septoplasty or rhinoplasty, especially if you’ve been dealing with structural issues, breathing problems, or even uncertainty about whether surgery is “worth it,” I can honestly say this procedure changed my quality of life in ways I never expected. Dr. Stallworth and his team gave me not only outstanding medical care, but also renewed confidence, comfort, and the ability to perform at a level I had struggled to reach before. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would confidently recommend Dr. Stallworth to anyone looking for both expertise and compassion in a surgeon.

Choosing Dr. Stallworth was the best decision I could have made. During the initial consultation he took time to listen to my concerns/goals and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or intimidated. My anxiety was at a peak the day of the surgery but all went well. During my follow up appointments he was meticulous and attentive. If I could give Dr. Stallworth and his team at Texas Plastic Surgery 1000 stars I would. When i started researching plastic surgeons, specifically ones that perform facelifts, I sought only a doctor that specializes in facial plastic surgery. For my preference, I didn't want a doctor that performed breast augmentations AND facelifts - I wanted a surgeon that understood the anatomy of the face and if there were specific issues, the physician could also perform reconstruction, if needed. Dr. Stallworth is a brilliant surgeon who is known for his natural looking results. In addition to plastic surgery he also specializes in facial reconstructive surgery - this is one of the main reason I traveled 2.5 hours to meet him and have him perform my procedure. WOW was I blown away with my results. I've had people tell me I look 35 years younger! How is this possible? Dr. Stallworth knows face! Most surgeons I've met "talk to you", not Dr. Stallworth. He's kind and patient and his first question to me was "what's bothering you". He actually listened! He also walked me thru each step and patiently answered all of my questions. The procedure? I don't remember it - LOL. I woke up in our hotel room, swollen and bruised but we were on the road back home the next day. Was it painful, not too bad. Mostly uncomfortable because it was a little difficult to sleep. I quickly learned to adapt and the wedge pillow really helped. I went back to work, albeit at a limited capacity, 5 days later. Dr. Stallworth changed my life. Before, I was an introvert and had problems talking to people but after 1 month post surgery, my confidence has improved 10 fold. Dr. Christian Stallworth and his staff were always very nice and respectful. I had surgery for a deviated septum because I was only able to breathe through one side of my nose. Unfortunately, the surgery did not improve my breathing, and after more than a year I still have the same issue. There was also a problem with the billing. Their finance department told me multiple times that my insurance would cover its portion and that I only needed to pay my 15% before the surgery. I paid the amount they calculated, but a couple of months later I received two additional bills from the hospital. The hospital said the doctor’s office miscalculated, and the doctor’s office said the hospital was responsible. I was left in the middle of both sides blaming each other. Overall, the staff was kind, but my breathing issue was not resolved, and the billing process was very frustrating.
