Dr Garza and his entire staff are SO amazing. My procedure was a Mommy Makeover, and my results are FANTASTIC. I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin and that's thanks to the great skills of Dr Garza and his team. Every pre-op appointment I had, I felt so comfortable and at ease. I had absolutely no hesitation paying off my surgery with my own money. Usually someone would hesitate or feel regretful after spending that, but because of how confident I felt in Dr Garza, the hesitation was non-existent. Surgery day, and my post-op appointments, all GREAT. I could go on and on, but if you're considering this life changing surgery, choose Dr Garza! Your body will not regret it!

Dr G and his ENTIRE staff are incredible. My experience with he and his office has been top notch. They are prompt, on time, and patient focused. Dr Gs surgical skills are the best, and his nurse, receptionist, surgery planning and all run like a well oiled machine. They helped me trust the process in a period of my breast cancer/reconstruction life where I was unsure of everything. Most important, they treat you like a member of their practice with the utmost care, dignity and respect. I highly recommend Dr G and his office.

My surgery needs were medical rather than cosmetic but he made sure I walked away looking and feeling better than before. Being diagnosed with breast cancer was a disruption to my life, and demanded great adjustment. I'm a business owner and always believed in hiring the best! So, my search began. Dr. Garza came highly recommended by numerous reliable sources that assert that Dr. Garza and his team are perfectionists who aim to do things right the first time, and because of that his results are beautiful. On the first consultation I felt seen and listened to. My husband and I had a serious sigh of relief after what was otherwise a very stressful lead up after diagnosis. The break in tension about the whole thing was palpable. There were specific concerns I had that he addressed, and even showed me pictures of what he did to give me the best possible outcome to address my concerns. Doctors just don't do that anymore! This one does. His pride in his work was well deserved, as my outcome is such that I can barely tell (outside of my scars) that my original breasts were replaced through diep flap surgery. As I wait for my swelling to go down, I'm confident that I can get back into my suits, and into the public eye as MYSELF AGAIN, and EVEN A BETTER VERSION OF ME considering the amazing work he did on the tummy tuck part of the surgery, using that to create my breasts. My new belly button was meticulously created and pretty, and what Dr. Garza has done is taken a really devastating situation and put a rainbow at the end of this. I'm so grateful to him and his extremely responsive and caring staff! Don't go anywhere else, you will miss out on magic that you just won't get anywhere else.

Dr. Ramon Garza is the best! After being diagnosed with breast cancer, and then a month later, having a double mascetomy, I took some time to decide whether to rebuild or not. I never saw myself as a plastic surgery recipient, but after my 1st consult with Dr. Garza, it was clear that he is a talented artist. His gentle, kind demeanor of communicating all the steps of my rebuild, answering my 23 questions with complete patience, and just being very kind, can put any patient at ease. Ease is something you really want to hold onto after receiving a scary cancer diagnosis. He also answers all your concerns post-op via text- that is incredible customer service! I also want to give a shout out to his team for helping support me through my journey through my initial rebuild, and subsequent revisions.
