Dr. Dallas Homas is hands down the best plastic surgeon in San Antonio. From my very first consultation, he took the time to thoroughly educate me about blepharoplasty surgery and made sure I understood every detail of the procedure. He explained the benefits, risks, recovery process, and expected results in a way that was clear and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Homas to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Absolutely amazing doctor! Dr. Homas and his staff are the most amazing Doctors office I have ever dealt with! I came in very unsure with recently being botched by one doctor. Asked if he could fix me and unsure I took the step needed. With absolutely no hesitation Dr. Homas confidently assessed the damages of my botched surgery and reassured me that he could indeed correct the damages! I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt strongly about sharing my experience with Dallas Homas, MD because he truly made a big surgery feel manageable and safe. I had a full lower body lift along with removal of excess skin around my chest. Before choosing Dr. Homas, I interviewed five different surgeons, and the difference was clear from the very first consult. Dr. Homas spent over an hour with me, calmly walking through every detail—what the procedure involves, different options, the pros and cons, what to expect during recovery, and what realistic results look like. I never once felt rushed or brushed off. He listened, answered every question, and you could tell he genuinely cares about both the patient experience and the outcome. Even though I’m only a few months out (first surgery in mid-September and the second in mid-December), I’m already amazed by the quality of his work. In most areas, my scars are already paper thin and look incredibly precise—like they were done by an artist. There are a couple areas that are thicker or darker, but Dr. Homas has been clear and thoughtful about healing timelines and next steps, and we’ll reassess later once my body has had more time to fully settle. What really sealed it for me: I’ve had other surgeons look at my results, and every one of them said they would send their own family members to Dr. Homas. I’m truly grateful I chose him, and I recommend him without hesitation.
